Beacon Supported Housing C.I.C (BSHCIC) was set up by a team with over 100 years of combined experience in Specialist Supported Housing. We currently operate in the East Midlands and South West.

This personal and professional experience that we have, allows us to understand in more detail what is required to provide our tenants with suitable accommodation for their needs.

Beacon Supported Housing CIC are a Not for Profit - Registered CIC Provider of Supported Housing throughout England and Wales.
At Beacon we strive to deliver high quality homes in good locations, whilst working positively with vulnerable individuals and their support networks, enabling our tenants to reach their full potential and live as independently as possible.

To be a tenant of BSHCIC, you need to be in receipt of a funded support package.

Property Sourcing
We will work with you and your support network to assist in finding a property that suits your requirements
Property Maintenance
We will maintain the property to a high standard, as if it were our own home. We will also ensure that the property conforms to all regulatory compliance.
Offer Advice
We will process your housing benefit and council tax relief applications.​
Emergency OOH
We will provide an emergency out of hours service to report emergency repairs and anti-social behaviour.
Regular Visits
We will complete regular visits and inspections of your property, all done by a dedicated Housing Officer.
More importantly, we will treat you as an individual.
